At Kiddie Academy of Delran, we're building confidence in young children while supporting our team like family. Enjoy our unique 4x10-hour shift schedule (40 hours/week) with a rotating weekday off (your "float day") in addition to weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The float day shifts weekly (e.g., Monday one week, Tuesday the next)—and when it lands on Friday, your next float is Monday, giving you a full 4-day mini vacation (Friday through Monday) every 5 weeks! Recharge, travel, or relax while knowing you're part of a community that works together to benefit the children. We pride ourselves on our large management team that supports staff every step of the way, providing the tools and resources you need to do your job the right way. If you're an energetic, friendly, and responsible Lead Toddler Teacher passionate about early childhood education, join us in nurturing 1-year-olds in a fun, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing space for toddlers, promoting self-esteem and developmental milestones through engaging activities and materials. Be patient, kind, and comfortable working with children and parents from diverse backgrounds. Help children with self-care, nutrition, and daily routines while fostering independence. Provide developmentally appropriate activities to support growth and learning. Lift up to 40 lbs as needed for active play and safety. Bring your fun-loving, flexible, and outgoing personality to collaborate with our supportive team.
