Full-Time, Monday-Friday Preppers Teacher•Early Preschool Program The Learning Experience•Ledgewood is seeking a nurturing and dependable Preppers Teacher to support children as they transition from toddler routines into early preschool learning. This classroom focuses on independence, communication skills, and structured play-based instruction. Responsibilities Lead daily classroom routines for children approximately ages 2½-3 Support early language, social, and problem-solving development Implement age-appropriate learning activities aligned with center curriculum Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities Follow all New Jersey licensing and safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior childcare experience preferred Strong teamwork and classroom support skills Ability to meet New Jersey childcare licensing standards
