Description:
Seeking a dedicated and collaborative Early Childhood Assistant Principal to support high-quality preschool programming. Possess strong instructional leadership skills and experience in early childhood education. Key responsibilities include supporting teacher evaluation and observation processes, providing instructional coaching and feedback, overseeing the preschool intervention and referral team, overseeing implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Will work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to analyze student data, monitor progress, and develop targeted interventions that promote student growth and success.

Qualifications:
NJ Principal Certificate
Experience:
  • Early childhood education and instructional leadership.
  • Knowledge of MTSS, data-driven decision-making, and early intervention practices.
  • Teacher observations, evaluations.
