Role:
Join the vibrant team at Buzzing Bees Academy as an Infant/Toddler Teacher! We are dedicated to nurturing young minds and creating a warm, engaging environment for our little learners. If you are passionate about early childhood education and making a difference in children's lives, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for infants and toddlers. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Encourage positive interactions and play-based learning among children. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and well-being. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong understanding of child development theories and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
