$20.00-$30.00 per hour About WonDIRful Play WonDIRful Play provides relationship-based, play-centered therapy for children with Autism and developmental differences using the DIRFloortime® approach. We are seeking compassionate and energetic DIR Floortime Players to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact on children's lives. Responsibilities Provide play-based interventions using the DIRFloortime® model. Support children's emotional, social, and developmental growth. Create individualized strategies based on each child's strengths and interests. Complete session notes and progress reports. Collaborate with supervisors and families to support treatment goals. Qualifications DIRFloortime® Basic Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification. Experience working with children, especially those with Autism or developmental delays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping children learn, connect, and grow. Benefits Competitive pay ($20.00-$30.00 per hour). Flexible scheduling.
