In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging educational activities. You will work closely with toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and growth while implementing effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Conduct standardized testing to assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Create a safe and supportive child care environment that promotes child welfare. Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children in developing social skills and self-regulation. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns. Incorporate physical education activities to promote healthy habits and motor skills. Engage in early intervention strategies for children with special education needs, tailoring approaches to support their learning. Experience Candidates should possess experience in early childhood education or related fields.
