Qualifications Requirements vary depending on the role, but ideal candidates typically have: Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, educational, camp, or related setting Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) The ability to pass required background checks Early Childhood Education coursework, credentials, degrees, or active enrollment in an ECE program are strongly valued.
