Kiddie Academy is hiring a dedicated Pre-K Lead Teacher to support our NM Pre-K classroom and help create a safe, engaging learning environment for young children.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or currently enrolled in an ECE-related program Ability to pass an ECECD background check Ability to complete required FOCUS, NAEYC, State Licensing, and NM Pre-K trainings Preferred 3+ years of experience working with preschool-aged children Position Details Full-time, year-round Starting pay $20 per hour Responsibilities Curriculum implementation, assessment, and documentation Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Maintain a safe, clean classroom environment Engage with children during classroom and playground activities Communicate with families and support family engagement
