Early Childhood Educator Kidz Quest Academy Childcare and Learning Center Las Cruces, NM Job Details Full-time | Contract From $14 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Activity-based lessons (early childhood general education) Some college High school diploma or GED Early Childhood Education Full Job Description Lead Educator Kidz Quest Academy is seeking a dependable and energetic Lead Educator. This position requires someone who enjoys working with young children, can create engaging learning experiences, and maintains a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

Schedule:

Must be available Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Hours may vary depending on children's attendance and typically range 25-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for children in a classroom setting Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs Communicate professionally with parents and staff Follow all center policies and licensing regulations

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must be dependable, energetic, and creative Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Must enjoy working with young children Some Completed College classes in ECE are a plus but not required to start, however the candidate that is selected must be willing to enroll in ECE classes for the Fall.
