The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for children ages 1-5, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive atmosphere conducive to learning. Foster social skills through group activities and collaborative play. Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing individualized support as needed. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote healthy habits. Implement behavior management strategies to address challenges in a constructive manner. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Willing to follow state, health, fire regulations and be up to date on yearly hours/classes required by the Nevada Registry. Able to lift, bend, and kneel with ease.
