Our low ratios, beautiful environment and knowledgeable administration make this the perfect early childhood position. Aleph Academy views our staff's work as crucial to supporting parents and families and an important component in building their own career as well. We strive to provide a fun, friendly, supportive environment, with paid vacation days, paid planning time and lots of room for growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and interested in progressive, high quality education. This is an exciting opportunity to get experience at a QRIS five star, NAEYC accredited preschool and be part of a great team! Those with experience working with young children are encouraged to apply. Position is full time (35-40 hours) from starting at 8:45am daily and some days until 4:30pm and some until 5:30pm. And Fridays are always until 4:00pm as we close early. This position does not begin until August 10th with our training week (staff only). Our school year begins August 17th.   • Utilize preschool experience to create engaging lesson plans for toddlers
  • Implement classroom management techniques to create a safe and nurturing environment
  • Foster early childhood development through age-appropriate activities
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents to provide updates on progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience for young learners
