Preschool Teacher

Duties:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool students
• Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate math, language, and social skills development
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child
• Implement early intervention strategies for students with special needs or learning difficulties
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and cooperation

Skills:

• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
• Strong knowledge of child welfare and early childhood education principles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children
• Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and materials effectively
