The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters the academic and social development of students. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to student success, and the ability to collaborate with fellow educators and parents. The Lead Teacher will guide curriculum development, implement effective lesson plans, and manage classroom dynamics to ensure an enriching educational experience. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment. Foster literacy education through innovative teaching methods and resources. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Provide physical education activities that promote health and well-being among students. Support students with special education needs through tailored instructional strategies. Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Conduct assessments to evaluate student performance and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Mentor and support junior teachers in their professional development. Requirements Associates degree/ Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Proven experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in a private school environment. Strong skills in classroom management, behavior management, and early childhood education. Knowledge of literacy education practices and curriculum development techniques. Ability to design effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Experience in physical education is a plus. Certification in special education is highly desirable.
