Early Childhood Educator Lead Weekday Enrichment Programs

Jetsetter Kids Club is a modern indoor play space and enrichment club designed for curious young explorers. Our thoughtfully designed environment encourages creativity, movement, social interaction, and hands-on learning. We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead and develop our weekday enrichment programming, including toddler classes, creative play sessions, STEAM activities, and social learning experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who enjoys creating engaging experiences for young children outside of a traditional classroom setting. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate weekday enrichment programs for toddlers to children including: Toddler Time and early childhood play sessions Music & movement activities Storytime and creative play STEAM-based learning activities Social skills and cooperative play programs Additional responsibilities include: Creating age-appropriate weekly lesson plans and activities Leading small group sessions in a fun and supportive environment Encouraging creativity, exploration, and social interaction Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and families Collaborating with the Jetsetter team to develop new programming and special events Qualifications We are looking for candidates who have: Experience working with children ages 2-10 Background in early childhood education, teaching, child development, or related field Experience leading classes or structured activities for young children Warm, engaging, and energetic personality Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to create creative, engaging lesson plans
