In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities, foster a nurturing environment, and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for our youngest learners. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire curiosity, support individual growth, and promote a love for learning in toddlers and infants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early development while working within a collaborative and supportive setting. Duties Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in toddlers and infants Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones effectively Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor play with compassion and professionalism Utilize behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and resolve conflicts constructively Incorporate curriculum development strategies aligned with early childhood education standards such as Montessori or other pedagogical approaches Support children with special needs through early intervention strategies and tailored activities Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress, attendance, and developmental assessments Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health & safety standards, and childcare policies Requirements Proven classroom management skills with experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention methods Experience developing curriculum focused on literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social skills Familiarity with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment tools Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members Ability to plan lessons that incorporate Montessori methods or other educational philosophies for toddlers and infants Childcare certification or relevant early childhood education credentials required; previous preschool experience preferred Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for young children with diverse needs Commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and fostering an inclusive learning environment Join us as a Lead Toddler Infant Teacher to ignite young minds through energetic teaching practices that inspire growth!
