  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary Join our early childhood education team as a Preschool Assistant!
In this role, you will support lead teachers, help our children to build social skills, and make an impact on our children during their critical early years. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development Help with classroom organization and maintaining a clean, safe environment through daily cleaning Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or disabilities Support toddlers and preschoolers with daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and nap times Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Experience Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including childhood development and behavior management techniques Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development for preschool-aged children Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Classroom experience involving literacy education, math activities, and classroom management strategies Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families Previous exposure to Montessori or other specialized early childhood teaching methods is advantageous Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds!
