About us Precious Kids Too is a small business in Merrick, NY. We are professional, creative and fun.
Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Food provided Job Duties- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Conduct assessments to track the progress of each child
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the individual needs of each child are met
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines Job Qualifications
- Must have CDA with Infant focus OR AA in early childhood education.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements
