Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant team as a Daycare Worker and become a vital part of creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for young children. In this role, you will support early childhood development by providing attentive care, fostering educational activities, and ensuring the well-being of children from infancy through preschool age. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and growth, making a positive impact on each child's early experiences. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times through vigilant supervision and adherence to safety protocols. Implement curriculum plans that support childhood development milestones, including preschool and toddler care programs. Assist with feeding, diapering, and personal hygiene routines in compliance with health standards. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to foster respectful and cooperative interactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and play. Experience Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving roles. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages. Experience with classroom management strategies tailored for young children. Familiarity with first aid procedures and CPR certification is highly desirable. Background working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle toddler care, infant care, and behavior management effectively. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and connect with families to support children's growth.
