Lead a childcare classroom using our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool environment
Coach and mentor assistant teachers
Manage daily routines, activities, and classroom structure
Communicate with families about child progress and development
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children What You'll Bring
1-2 years of preschool, daycare, or childcare teaching experience
Bachelors Degree or 90 credits of Early Childhood Education (or currently on a Study Plan in Education)
Knowledge of early childhood education and DAP
Strong leadership and classroom management skills
