About Us At The Growing Garden Early Learning Center , we provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Childcare Assistant to join our team and help support the development of young children through play-based learning and positive interactions. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities. Assist children with daily routines, including meals, snacks, toileting, and rest periods. Foster positive social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and progress. Follow all daycare policies, procedures, and state licensing regulations. Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive learning environment.
