Whether you're beginning your early childhood career or bringing years of classroom experience, you'll help create a warm, engaging, and safe environment where children can learn, play, and reach important milestones. What You'll Do Support and create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Observe and document children's development and progress Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom Lead or support classroom routines, planning, and daily activities based on role responsibilities

What You Bring Assistant Teacher Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required Childcare experience preferred CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus

Lead Teacher Qualifications:

CDA, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Previous experience leading or working in an early childhood classroom setting

For Both Roles:

A passion for early childhood education and helping children grow Ability to engage in active play and lift up to 25 lbs. when needed All role required checks
