Daycare Assistants

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Daycare Assistant Teacher to support our Lead Teachers in providing a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Help prepare classroom materials and maintain a clean, organized environment Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, and nap time routines Communicate effectively with parents and team members Follow all licensing regulations and center policies Skills Patient, nurturing, and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Organized and attentive to detail Passionate about early childhood development Qualifications Experience working with children in a daycare setting (preferred) Knowledge of early childhood education principles Familiarity with classroom management techniques Strong interpersonal skills and a nurturing attitude High School Diploma or GED required
