As a lead teacher, you will: Implement and develop lesson plans alongside the director Maintain a clean and safe environment Prepare materials/curriculum for lessons Prepare bulletin boards, cubbies, other organizational tools Maintain

Qualifications:

Ability to Multitask Listener and observer Managing a classroom using appropriate behavior techniques Creative Knowledge of curriculum planning materials and resources Minimum education: Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; CDA with 1 year of experience working with children under age of 13, or working towards education degree with 2 years of experience working with children under the age of 13 Ability to pass a background check

COMPENSATION

$18

• $22 per hour depending on education and experience
