Job Description

Positions available in Albany and Troy. Both are located on the bus lines! Please let the hiring manager know which location you are interested in.$1250 Sign on bonus may apply to those who qualify
Work productivity with Childcare Manager to ensure the safe and nurturing functioning of the facility.
Support all aspects of childrens care, including feeding, diapering, supervision, engagement, and developmental activities.
Guide and collaborate with classroom staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care and programming.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Create and sustain a warm, nurturing, and responsive environment that promotes childrens social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Assist colleagues and support overall program operations as needed.
Maintain required MAT (Medication Administration Training) certification.
Promote and model an environment of inclusion, respect, and belonging for children, families, and staff.
Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 18 months preferred.
Strong flexibility and ability to adapt as program needs change throughout the day.
Dependable, responsible, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
Ability to pass required background checks in accordance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Associates Degree (AA) in Early Childhood Education; orChild Development Associate (CDA) credential; orMinimum of 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education with experience working with infants and toddlers.Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 18 months preferred.
