Role:

Join our nurturing team at Serendipity Day Care Center as an Infant/Toddler Teacher, where you will play a vital role in shaping the early development of our youngest learners. We are dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment that fosters growth and exploration.

Responsibilities:

Assist in implement engaging curriculum tailored for infants and toddlers. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and learn. Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes learning. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

18 years of age and older. Confidence in working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting. Knowledge of child development milestones and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification along with other required certifications. Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
