Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. In this role, you will deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction to young learners. Your enthusiasm for elementary education, combined with your commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, will help inspire students to reach their full potential. Responsibilities Implementing curriculum plans aligned with elementary education standards and developmental needs Support students' literacy and math development through small group, hands-on learning Create an inclusive classroom environment by applying behavior management strategies and supporting children with diverse learning needs, including those with autism or in special education programs Lesson planning by preparing instructional materials and integrating learning technology tools Monitor student progress through informal & formal assessments and standardized testing preparations Mentor students by providing encouragement, guidance, and positive reinforcement to foster social-emotional growth Maintain clear communication with parents, colleagies and specialists regarding student development and classroom activities Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool settings is required Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and literacy education techniques Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues in a professional manner Strong writing skills for lesson planning and documentation purposes Join us as a Preschool Teacher and play a vital role in shaping young minds! $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
