Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma and be able to pass a background check. Hiring for all classrooms. Hours 6am-6pm. Duties Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and arts. Adapt instructional methods to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities, including those with autism, visual impairments, or developmental delays. Manage classroom behavior effectively to foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and respect. Collaborate with special education teams to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's goals. Utilize learning technology and instructional design principles to enhance engagement and facilitate diverse learning styles. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instructional adjustments. Provide academic advising, tutoring, and mentorship to support students' social-emotional well-being and academic success. Qualifications Preferred but not required. Documented experience working with children in a daycare or child care setting. High School Diploma or GED equivalent CDA / AA or BA Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.
