Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or updates

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

Skills:

• Classroom management: Ability to maintain a structured and organized classroom environment while promoting student engagement and participation.
• Experience working with students: Previous experience working directly with students in an educational setting, understanding their needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Experience with children: Demonstrated experience in working with young children, understanding their developmental stages, needs, and interests.

• Educate:

  Ability to effectively educate young children through engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Toddler care: Experience in providing care for toddlers, including meeting their basic needs, ensuring safety, and promoting healthy development.
