Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center is seeking a nurturing, energetic, and dependable Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who loves working with babies, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in making a lasting impact in early childhood education. Position Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Interact with infants through play, reading, singing, tummy time, and sensory experiences. Maintain daily communication with parents regarding their child's care, development, and milestones. Complete daily reports and classroom documentation. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to ensure high-quality care and education. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous childcare experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with infants and an interest in early childhood education. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must successfully pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements. Physical Requirements Must be physically able to sit, bend, kneel, and get down on the floor to actively play, teach, and engage with infants. Ability to lift, carry, and assist children as needed. Ability to move throughout the classroom and playground while supervising children.
