Day Care Worker Needed ASAP

Duties Supervise and care for children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and creativity Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration Monitor children's behavior using effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions Assist with feeding, diapering, nap times, and other routine care tasks for infants and toddlers, planning activites for school-aged/ AREAS

WILL VARY

Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences Follow all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary Experience Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom setting is highly preferred, but will train. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified FBI/BCI Required Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in a structured environment Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team dedicated to child care excellence

Pay:

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
