Job Description

Job Overview Little Ones Learning Center is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early childhood professional who is passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive. Responsibilities ✅ Minimum 1 year experience as a Toddler Teacher in a licensed childcare center ✅ Experience independently: Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans Creating and maintaining a structured daily schedule Managing a toddler classroom and supervising children safely Communicating effectively with families and coworkers
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential ⭐ Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field ⭐ Ohio CPL Level 2 or higher

Has a genuine passion for working with toddlers Understands child development and age-appropriate practices Can create engaging learning experiences through play Is dependable, organized, and able to work independently Maintains a positive and professional attitude Works well as part of a team while taking ownership of their classroom
Responsibilities Include:
Developing and implementing weekly lesson plans Maintaining classroom schedules and routines Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment Conducting observations and documenting children's progress Communicating daily with families Maintaining licensing and health/safety requirements Why Join Our Team?
