The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth of preschool-aged children
  • Create lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote developmental milestones
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed
  • Utilize effective behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among students
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other staff members to ensure the well-being of each child Requirements
  • Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or early intervention programs is preferred
  • Knowledge of childhood development, special education, and child welfare practices
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to incorporate physical education and interactive learning into daily lesson plans
  • Proficiency in behavior management strategies to address individual needs within a group setting
