We are building a strong, play-based and faith-centered learning environment focused on social-emotional development, kindergarten readiness, and whole-child growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
  • Implement daily lesson plans that support early learning and social-emotional development
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and licensing compliance
  • Support children's behavior using positive guidance strategies
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom updates
  • Work collaboratively with staff and leadership to build a strong preschool program
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children (required)
  • CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ODJFS licensing requirements (preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development
