Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and nurturing environment that fosters learning and development. Implement daily curriculum tailored to meet the developmental needs of children, covering areas such as literacy, motor skills, social skills, and preparation for Kindergarten. Supervise children individually and in groups, ensuring their safety during all activities. Create and maintain daily schedules and routines, balancing rest time with physical activities. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any relevant updates. Maintain accurate daily attendance records.
Requirements:
Certification in CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse Recognition, and Communicable Disease, or a willingness and availability to obtain these certifications within two weeks of employment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt. Flexibility in availability. Passion for teaching and working with children.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in childcare. Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not required.

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
