Child Care Assistant Teacher

Hours:

11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday Overview The Child Care Center Assistant Teacher plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and educational programs of our child care center. This position involves collaborating with the Lead Teachers and other assistant teachers to ensure a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children. The Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs that promote children's growth and learning. Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements for child care facilities. Foster positive relationships with families, providing updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns. Monitor classroom environments to ensure they are safe, clean, and conducive to learning. Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students. Assist with diapering and support children through the potty-training process, following health, safety, and developmental best practices.
