In this pivotal leadership role, you will support the Preschool Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive school culture, promote educational excellence, and strengthen community relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development and eager to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through strategic leadership and innovative programming. Duties Assist the Preschool Director in managing daily administrative functions, including staff scheduling, parent communication, and enrollment processes Support curriculum development efforts to ensure age-appropriate, enriching educational experiences that align with developmental standards Lead classroom supervision and provide mentorship to teaching staff, promoting best practices in early childhood education Coordinate fundraising initiatives and community outreach activities to enhance program resources and visibility Contribute to strategic planning efforts aimed at program growth, facility improvements, and long-term sustainability Oversee budgeting procedures, monitor expenses, and assist in financial planning to maintain fiscal health of the preschool Supervise staff performance evaluations, professional development sessions, and compliance with licensing regulations Represent the preschool at public speaking engagements and community events to foster positive relationships with families and local organizations Skills Extensive experience in education administration within early childhood settings, including classroom teaching and supervision Strong background in curriculum development tailored to preschool-aged children Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of educators and support staff Excellent communication skills for effective public speaking, parent engagement, and team collaboration Competence in strategic planning, fundraising, and budgeting to support program growth and sustainability Knowledge of licensing requirements, safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education Ability to inspire others through management excellence and a passion for working with young children Join us in shaping the future by leading with energy, transparency, and a heartfelt commitment to early childhood education.
