We are seeking an experienced, nurturing, and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team and help create a positive, engaging learning environment where children thrive. As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while building strong relationships with families and fellow educators. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Lead classroom routines that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence. Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development. Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and classroom activities. Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies. Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers and support staff. Promote positive behavior guidance and classroom management strategies. Qualifications CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Must meet state requirements for a Preschool Lead Teacher. Previous preschool teaching experience required. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Ability to create engaging learning experiences through play-based education. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
