Job Description

Our childcare center is looking to hire a Toddler Teacher as well as a Floater ! We are looking for energetic, driven individuals to join our team!
Responsibilities include:
providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children, planning activities for the children, communicating with families, and following ODJFS guidelines and Step Up To Quality rules.
Planning:
Creating daily lesson plans, age-appropriate activities, and schedules that include physical activity, rest, and playtime
Teaching:
Providing education through play, music, arts and crafts, reading, writing, computers, and physical activities
Caring:
Maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment for children
Observing:
Assessing and documenting each child's health, skills, behavior, growth, and development.
Communicating:
Interacting with children and parents to discuss their progress
Skills:
Skills:
passionate about working with children, flexible, dependable, team player, responsible, and good communication skills. A high school diploma is required. A CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
