Early Learning Care Provider

Our Early Learning Center is actively seeking passionate individuals from the Spanish-speaking community who are dedicated to fostering a supportive, language-immersion environment for infants and toddlers. English proficiency is not required for this role, as we aim to provide a rich, Spanish-language environment to our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, compassionate care for infants,toddlers, preschool and school-age in a fully immersive Spanish-speaking setting Facilitate daily activities that support language development, social-emotional growth, and early learning milestones Create a warm, engaging environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning in young children Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers, helping bridge language barriers when necessary Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (we will assist with translation and verification of international qualifications) Native or fluent Spanish speaker Familiarity with the Spanish-speaking community preferred Experience with infant and toddler care is a plus but not required; we provide training First aid certification or willingness to obtain one

Note:

We have bilingual staff available to support communication needs. Therefore, proficiency in English is not a requirement for this role. Also, we will help you get your educational and medical documents professionally translated.
