Early Childhood Education:
We love helping educators grow! What You'll Do Create and support fun, age-appropriate activities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Partner with the Lead Teacher to bring engaging lesson plans to life Build a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom where curiosity thrives Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and exploration Use positive reinforcement to guide behavior and build confidence Share children's progress with families and celebrate their milestones Keep the classroom clean, organized, and joyful Ensure health, safety, and well-being at all times (first aid when needed) What We're Looking For High School Diploma Experience with children is a plus but not required (we'll help you grow!) A basic understanding of child development and behavior guidance Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Willingness to obtain First Aid certification A warm heart, positive attitude, and genuine love for children If you're ready to be part of a team that values connection, creativity, and community , we'd love to meet you.
