As a childcare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, while promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote learning and development in areas such as math, language, physical education, and social skills
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children, ensuring their well-being at all times
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure the daycare facility is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety regulations
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and supervising children during meals
- Monitor children during playtime both indoors and outdoors
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child
