Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children, helping them develop foundational skills that will serve them throughout their lives. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Educate children on various subjects, including basic math concepts, language skills, and social-emotional development. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise. Conduct assessments to monitor children's development and identify areas for early intervention when necessary. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning environment. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience in classroom management and behavior management strategies. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Familiarity with daycare settings or tutoring environments is preferred. Proficient in implementing early intervention strategies as needed. Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges in the classroom. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Education Requirements- Must be able to obtain One of the Following by March 2027 : Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA) Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education.
