Requirements:

High school diploma required; higher educational credentials (CDA, associates or bachelors degree) is preferred and required for some classrooms Childcare or teaching experience is helpful but not required to start State required background check (fingerprints) and physical exam before starting Dependable, reliable and professional Positive energy with a love for working with children and families

Basic Responsibilities:

Plan and implement an age appropriate program that supports play, exploration and learning Provide on-going communication with families and colleagues Maintain a clean and aesthetic environment Attend in-service education classes, training sessions and workshops Serve as a role model for children by providing a professional appearance and appropriate mannerisms
