Job Description

Lead Toddler Teacher Ally Child Care is a small, family-style childcare and learning center in Centerville, Ohio. Our mission is to be a true support to our community by keeping class sizes small and student-to-teacher ratios low. Smaller Class Sizes:
Our toddler rooms have only 9 or 10 children with 2 teachers (compared to the standard 14 to 16 kids elsewhere).

Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discount Flexible Schedule Dental & Vision Insurance Qualifications & Experience Required:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED. a current CDA credential in Infants/Toddlers Physical capability to stand for most of the day, meet children at their eye level (kneeling/sitting on the floor), and lift up to 35 lbs.
Preferred Experience & Education:
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Previous experience in classroom management and lesson planning (specifically with toddlers). Experience catering to children with behavioral or developmental differences. Familiarity with Conscious Discipline (or a strong willingness to learn it!). Bachelor's Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities Classroom Leadership:
Care for the basic physical and emotional needs of toddlers while leading them in group and individual learning activities.
Curriculum Implementation:
Create and carry out developmentally appropriate lesson plans following our curriculum guidelines.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) rules and Step Up to Quality requirements.
Collaboration:
