If you have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, engaging learning environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Provide active supervision and quality care for children Plan and lead age-appropriate activities Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Complete daily reports and classroom documentation Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and classroom routines Maintain a clean, organized classroom Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Follow all licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Childcare experience preferred CDA preferred, but not required Reliable transportation required Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented Must be able to pass required background checks Must meet Ohio childcare licensing requirements Ability to lift, bend, stand, and actively engage with children throughout the day
Schedule:
Must be available to work varying shifts between 6:00 AM-6:00 PM based on center needs.
