Job Description
Lead and Assistant Early Childhood Teachers :
We are a GOLD Rated SUTQ program that is actively recruiting individuals that not only have the understanding and knowledge of child development but are also passionate about a career as an early educator. We're looking for teachers who bring a positive attitude, ask great questions, and are reflective in their thinking. We believe that the best teachers are also lifelong learners, and we're hoping to find educators who share this mindset!Minimum Qualifications:

CDA or Associates Degree Assistant Teachers:
GED or High School completion Responsibilities- Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans for early childhood education.

- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
- Utilize knowledge of child development to support individual student needs.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum.
- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education to enhance teaching strategies.
