We have provided the highest quality of care to young children for the past 36 years. We are currently seeking career minded educators to join our team. We are in search of candidates with at least two years of experience in early childhood education, knowledge of NAEYC, the ability to work as a team member, and experience with the Department of Child and Youth. We offer full-time employment with excellent benefits including health insurance, personal and sick time off, life insurance, and vision/dental insurance. A minimum of an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (CDA) is required. The Center is open Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The ideal candidates should be flexible within this time frame and be willing to work 40 hours a week. Pay is dependent on education and experience. Duties Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, faith development, and social-emotional learning. Plan and execute daily lesson plans that align with educational standards and individual student needs. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies. Foster an inclusive environment by supporting children with special education needs and participating in early intervention programs. Engage children in hands-on activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to monitor child progress and communicate developmental milestones. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that supports optimal childhood development and childcare standards.
