The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for early childhood education, ensuring that every child receives attentive care and support. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily classroom activities and lesson plans tailored to preschool and early childhood development standards Support children during playtime, meals, nap times, and learning activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Engage with children using age-appropriate communication techniques to foster social skills and emotional development Support behavior management strategies by encouraging positive interactions and guiding children through conflicts or challenges Assist with basic caregiving tasks such as diapering, feeding infants or toddlers, and supervising outdoor play Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Skills Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or babysitting roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Ability to implement classroom management techniques effectively Familiarity with caregiving tasks including infant care, toddler care, and behavior management strategies Certification or training in first aid and CPR preferred but not required; willingness to obtain if necessary Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and team members Passion for working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where children thrive!
