Lead Teacher

We are looking for:

Teachers who want to become leaders in the classroom. People who not only love working with children, but who enjoy the classroom setting and helping in children's development. Responsibility:

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of preschool children
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child in the classroom
• Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication
• Promote literacy education through storytelling, reading, and language development activities
• Encourage physical education through active play, outdoor activities, and gross motor skill development
• Communicate effectively with children, using age-appropriate language and positive reinforcement techniques

High School Diploma Experience:

• Previous experience working in childcare or daycare settings preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Familiarity with planning techniques for preschool curriculum
