Seeking individuals who are energetic and are in pursuit of a position that will allow for professional development. Your daily mission will be to stimulate social, emotional and cognitive growth of children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old.   • Position requires warm, caring and nurturing individual who has experience working with children in a formal group setting.
  • Preferable experience in Early Childhood, Lesson planning, and continuous daily interaction with children required.
  • Communicate positively with students, parents and staff.
  • Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.
  • Taking observational notes and assessments of children in daily programming
Qualifications and Skills Qualifications:
Lead Teacher:
2 years experience as lead or CDA or Associates degree in ECE or related field CPL 2 required and CPL 3 preferred Experience with Creative Curriculum and Step Up to Quality (STUQ) a plus Assistant teacher: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of childcare experience required Must be flexible, energetic, with an ability to multi-task, plan, organize, and problem solve Strong communication and people skills; ability to work in team environment
  • All positions require background screening and medical clearance
  • Must be able to lift and carry child up to 45 lbs
  • High school students entering their junior or senior year may apply if enrolled in an early childhood education/Child Development Associate (CDA) program, or have their CDA credential for this age group at the time of application.
